1. Picking materials: Pick up the materials of the components required for production at the warehouse according to customer needs.

2. Soldering: Solder the necessary components.

3. Cleaning: Avoid any possible functional problems caused by dust or debris on the PCB board.

4. Assembly: Build the components of the switch, such as control panel, screws, PCB board.

5. First round of testing: Ensure that the product can basically work properly after assembly.

6. Aging test: Check whether the product can run smoothly for a long time without side effects such as lights, LED indicators, voltage, etc. It usually lasts for 24 to 48 hours.

7. Second round of testing: Check whether the product can process data or video signals correctly? Is there any data loss? Is there any packet error?

8. Third round of QC inspection: This is the third and final inspection of product quality. If everything goes well, our packaging staff will put the product label on the box and pack it with pearl cotton and Industrial-grade corrugated paper box.
